Nash Morris ends strong campaign just third in Super2 title
30th November, 2025The famous streets of Adelaide ended an impressive return campaign for Scott Taylor Motorsport’s Nash Morris to the Dunlop Super2 Series, securing third in the title race.
Part of Tickford Autosport’s dominating line-up, Morris announced himself as a driver to watch after claiming his maiden Super2 race win in Tasmania, leading to an endurance race seat with Premiair Racing for The Bend 500 and the Bathurst 1000.
Morris entered Adelaide’s final event with a mathematical chance of stealing the title, but illness was his biggest battle over the weekend.
Despite his ailments, Morris qualified eighth in the one and only qualifying session. The second session, held straight after the first on Friday afternoon, was canned due to a storm.
Adelaide is regarded as one of the toughest events on the calendar, and no place for a drivcer to be racing while not feeling at their best, but Morris was far from disgraced as he scored a pair of ninths to round out a strong comeback to the category.
Morris’ efforts over the six round series saw him secure third in the title behind his Tickford Autosport team-mates Rylan Gray and Lochie Dalton.
His maiden race win at Symmons Plains Raceway was the highlight, as well as podium placings at Queensland Raceway and Bathurst.
The STM team now puts its focus towards the Bathurst 12 Hour, where newly-crowned Supercars champion Chaz Mostert will be joined by Cameron Waters and Thomas Randle in the team’s #222 Mercedes AMG GT3 for the once-around-the-clock classic at Mount Panorama in February.

“We wrapped up the season third in the standings, which is pretty cool and we’ll see what the future holds.
“I just can’t say a big enough thanks to Scotty Taylor for supporting me and also thanks very much to all of my other supporters.”
